Businesses face many corporate, financial, compliance and competitive
risks — from those that are least-expected but potentially
devastating to those that may occur quite frequently but have low
impact. Many businesses fail to systematically capture, prioritise
and manage these risks, thereby being unprepared to adequately deal
with a risk event when it occurs. Our experience in undertaking risk
profiling and management planning for a range of clients is complemented
by our direct experience in leadership and management of companies
where we have faced and dealt with a broad range of business risks.
